    DWCS6 stopped working just now

      I just updated my profile and since then my product has stopped working. I have CS6 disk version with a perpetual licence  - not CC version. All existing code on my machine works, but any new folders or files added to the site do not function if they have dynamically related files. Is it likely that my profile update may have any bearing on this, and if so, what can I do about it.

          Without proper system information and other details nobody can say anything. Related files not working could point to permissions issues on the XML files or chnages in the hash values to track these files. in any case, it's proabbaly more a DW issue, so ask in the respective forum.

            I spoke to Adobe customer support. they checked my details and shortly afterwards everything started working again, apart from the newly created files that I had the problem with. I created a new file for each, copied the contents from the original to the new and they all worked. No messages or anything. Either customer services change something (which I doubt) or it was just a temporary glitch in DW. Everything is now working as normal.

            Just one of those things perhaps
