I had been running CS3 Ext on XP Professional and XP crashed. I had to reload XP and CS3 (loaded onto another partition) gave the message that it had to be uninstalled and reloaded. However, there was no uninstall option so it was just sitting there. Now I have installed Windows 7 Pro and wish to reload CS3 and getting a message Licencing for this product has stopped working and I must uninstall/reinstall and contact Adobe.
You are allowed only 2 activated installs. If your previous versions were not deactivated they are still considered activated. If this is your problem you need to call customer service and ask them to reset your activations.
