    An error has occurred


      I have just received an email from someone saying that they cannot submit my form I have sent them.

      They have completed the form and selected a file to upload; however, the following error has appeared:

          Have they tried to re-submit the form and if so did it succeed the second time?  It is uncommon but sometimes there are communication errors and things like that can happen, there are many reasons this could occur.


          The user should try to re-submit.  If they continue to have issues please send me the URL to your form at jcorey@adobe.com and I will take a look.
