We use one application form for 4 different schools and the office. When we start a new recruitment campaign we will copy the main form and rename i.e. HR Officer. This will be unique to the school or office therefore can we password protect the results so only the originator can see the results or do we have to have individual logins and therefore our own separate accounts.
You can "Share" the form with the required users, they would each need to have an AdobeID with an verified FormsCentral account (can be Free or paid, it does not matter). See this FAQ on sharing forms, there are 3 levels you can share at and "Reader" only gives them viewing access to the Responses which sounds liike what you want: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2462
