I wanted to try the trial version of FormCentral Plus and was charged the full year. Now I want to cancel it (I'm still within the trial period) and expect that everything will be refunded except for $0.99. Right?
I turned off the auto-renew in my subscription area and now it says that the subscription is canceled. However, I have not received any notification (email or otherwise) that ~$150 will be refunded. Is there anything else I need to do?
