    Since joining the Cloud my computer hangs up on programs and browser connecting to the Internet

      Programs Acessing Internet and Browsers hang up after installation of  Adobe Cloud. I originally thought it was overload on TWC due to heavy traffic but it hung up at 5:45 am this morning.

      It is over 30 days so I can't quit the Cloud subscription but I am thinking of removing the Cloud Photoshop and Lightroom. Also Photoshop CC upgrade fails and say to contact customer support but when I click on the link IE 11 says the page is not accessible. I'm on a Windows 7 Pro OS machine with an i7 four core processor aand 12 GIGs of RAM.
