When I make a default text (no animation or anything) and go to change the style, it doesnt change at all.
Only way is to exit the program and open it again.
Starting to get very annoying.
Using Premier Element 12 on PC x64 version.
And another thing, when I do have changed a text to the style I want, why doesn't that style get selected when I edit it again. Because so far the only way I can get the same is to write it down.
It would be so much simpler if it got select when I edit a text.
And if noone doesn't understand this I guess I just make a video of it because I neeed a solution to this!
Welcome to the forum.
This is a known Bug in PrE 12.
The workaround is to switch from Expert Mode to Quick Mode, change the Style, and then switch back to Expert Mode for editing.
I have not heard whether Adobe will have a permanent fix for this, but hope that they do.
Thanks for the quick respond.
That worked for me and so much better then close the program for every time.
You are most welcome.
I hope that Adobe will address this Bug, but it might not be until PrE 13, before they have a fix.
Fortunately, others found the workaround, and though a bit clunky, it seems to allow one to keep editing, with only a few extra clicks.
Good luck to us all.
