Can you replace text set in "registration" with 100% black?

I have about 10 InDesign documents that have text in tables spanning an entire spread. I have noticed a lot of text was set in "registration" black by the previous designer before me. I really don't want to sit and go through all of these small lines of text to check for 100% black unless I have to.

Is there a way to check which color black is being used in the document then swap it? I know you can tell the swatches panel to select all colors being used but the blacks don't apply to that.

      Any suggestions are appreciated.

      Thanks!
