How do I make the upates prompt in English?

I am trying to update my reader and flashplayer. 'install_reader11_en_mssd_aaa_aih.exe' and install_flashplayer12x32_msd_aaa_aih.exe'. The grey box prompts are in English, but then, the Adobe dialogue boxes are all in Chinese so I cancel because I have no idea what is going on. How do I make the whole process continue in English?
