By default, Flash CC exports quicktimes with Animation compression which pretty much means uncompressed. You can take the Quicktime that Flash exports and then compress it with the Quicktime program or other video compression tool. Also, Flash can compress the video by sending it to Adobe Media Encoder where you have a wide range of options for compression.

Thank you. However, I see no setting options in Flash Pro CC prior to
creating the video. It's now an odd two-step process to create a Quicktime
video with the settings and size I want via Encoder.
