Further explanation. If I bring up Bridge independently it runs ok and when I double click on an image it transfers that image and control to Photoshop properly. The problem only exists when Photoshop tries to launch Bridge.
Opened a case with support. Had a chat session with them. They had me rename some folders in the roaming folder and start Photoshop. Did not correct the problem. They then wanted to take control of my system but I was running out of time and declined.
Since this problem is not preventing me from using Photoshop or Bridge I've given it a low priority on my list of things to take care of.
Seems like I might be the only one with this problem. Maybe it will get fixed in the next update.
I wonder if the 14.2 update did not fully apply.
What operating system are you using?
If on windows, did you try both the 32 and 64 bit versions of photoshop cc?
I see from your other post you had major problems with the last photoshop cc update 14.2?

This is a stock answer, but you can hold down the Ctrl-Alt-Shift keys and start Photoshop. The reset preferences dialog will show up. You can reset Prefs and see if it fixes this.
The other is a bit more drastic,
Uninstall Photoshop CC
Run the CC Cleaner tool Download it from this help link, and carefully follow instructions.
Both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Photoshop have the same problem with launching Bridge.
The update problems were prior to the 14.2 update. Those problems were fixed by support. They renamed some folders, re-installed Photoshop and then merged the folders together keeping the latest versions of the files contained within them. The update that installed version 14.2 worked ok. There have been no updates since then.
I have not tried the Crtl-Alt-Shift method yet. Will give it a try but am not hopeful as I don't believe something as basic as bringing up Bridge from the file menu would have anything to do with preferences.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Can you please launch Bridge individually and confirm which version of it you are using???
Version 184.108.40.206 x64
There is no problem with Bridge. The problem is Photoshop can't start
Bridge. It starts
Creative Cloud when you click on the "Browse in Bridge" entry in the
