When I click on Illustrator Help in the Help menu, I get a dialog telling me that Illustrator can't access the help because I'm not online.
(I AM online. Clicking on "Complete/Update Adobe ID Profile" in Help menu does go to an Adobe webpage.)
Illustrator CS6, on OS X 10.9.
Is this a known problem?
