The suggestion does/did not help. The problem is NOT that I can't log back in. The issue is that I keep getting logged OUT. I've always been able to log back in, but why do I need to keep logging in again when I'm working on the same computer? I lose about 2 minutes everytime I need to log back into Creative Cloud. If I have to log in 30 times, I lose a whole hour.
Typically, this is what happens to me. I'll be in Lightroom doing RAW processing. Then I'll get to a point when I need to bring the image into Photoshop. When I launch Photoshop (ctrl + E), I'll get a message saying I need to sign in. I sign in but then I get a message saying I need to complete my registration (which I ignore because otherwise, I'll be filling in the registration over and over and over and over again). I also always get the message to accept Adobe's Terms and Conditions again (which I've accepted many many many times already). The odd thing is, when this happens, the image does not open in Photoshop. I have to close Photoshop, return to Lightroom and hit ctrl + E again (losing more time).
Sometimes, when I sign back in, I get a message saying I'm using Trial software (huh????).
I'm a software engineer myself. I am almost positive that the Creative Cloud desktop app is using an algorithm that tries (but fails miserably) to figure out that I'm installing the Creative Cloud apps on different machines. I understand that you guys are trying hard to keep people from installing the apps on more than 2 machines, but this is an awful way to do it.
Please forward this to your software team.
QuantumX do you have same language localization for Windows and CC? By the way Adobe absolutely ignores this problem thousands of user has. They just copypasta some not working blsht so it seems the want to help. It lasts more than a year now and i'm getting really angry, everyday log in at least 15 times whenever i start Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator...
AND BTW ADOBE! trust me, that its really great to install and uninstall your Typekit fonts 15 times a day!
I am having this exact same issue describedin this link, follwed the steps, downloaded the new version of the creative cloud & still the same issue. This just happened right now, first time it has happened.
Same Issue - when plugging an external HD, typically with Lightroom.
Adobe keeps suggesting fixes which are at best temporary, why can't they fix it permanently?
This software is at best pre-beta quality and we are paying an arm and a leg for it each month!
