This is my first Presenter.  If I leave the add-in in, it freezes PPT, won't open.

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Support,

Could you confirm does it works when you unplug the LAN cable or disconnect the machine from your Internet. If it works , I would suggest you to white list these URL's on the proxy server with the help of your IT department.

• ccmdls.adobe.com:443

• ims-na1.adobelogin.com:443

• na1r.services.adobe.com:443

• prod-rel-ffc-ccm.oobesaas.adobe.com:443

• lm.licenses.adobe.com:443

• ccmdl.adobe.com:80

• swupmf.adobe.com:80

• swupdl.adobe.com:80

If in case you are facing an issue with your home machine. try uninstall , reinstall Adobe presenter and run PowerPoint as an admin. look for PowerPoint icon, right click on it , select Properties then go to compatibility ,under privilege level check Run this program as an administrator.

Let me know if you need any help.

Thanks & Regards,

Puspendra Yadav
