Doing the authorization for my digital editions on the desktop computer.

Jan 15, 2014 1:34 PM

I have two computers and I usually download and buy all my books on the laptop. However, last night I was on the desktop computer and bought two books from Kobo. I have the WiFi Kobo eReader.

I couldn't download the books to my Kobo eReader. So then today I realized that I needed to authorize the computer. I couldn't remember my password and about three times I changed the password. However, it would NOT accept the password and I can't download my books to my eReader.

Can you please help me?

Many thanks and have only super nice days.

Valerie Ann

ADE is a badly written program.

One issue is that it will not accept passwords with special characters (not even accented letters); and won't tell you that's the problem.

That is even though Adobe will (quite properly) let you create such passwords.

Log in at the Adobe website and change your password to something weaker with just alphanumerics, then try again.
