Flash Player won't install

I have been trying to install and update Flash Player 12 and Adobe Reader 11 (Firefox), neither will work on my laptop windows 7 64bit. I have never had problems before with Adobe, I currently have Adobe Reader 10.1 and I did have a flash player but I no longer see it in my Programs list. I just just see Adobe Flash Player 10 Plugin. How can I get them both to install and update?

Use the FULL offline installers:

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Here's the Flash Player Uninstaller to remove the old version first.
