    Kuler not syncing with illustrator

      Hello,

       

      I have what seems as the typical problem of kuler not syncing with illustrator CC. I've searched the forums and carried out the typcial
      fixes:

      1. Signout - Sign in

      2. No uninstalled fonts.

       

      but its still not working.

       

      It is showing my previoulsy saved palletes but not updating any new palletes which are added.

      Any help would be greatful.
