Yes I have tried. When I create one preset with specific Shape Dynamics settings for example, and then create another one with different settings, the first preset loses its specific properties and takes on the second ones settings. Does that make sense!?
Strangely, it will allow me to create one brush preset with hardness turned down and one with hardness turned up but wont allow me to have differences in shape dynamics or transfer for example.
Can anyone suggest a fix for this please? Could this be a RAM problem?

Okay, I think I have fixed it! Sorry! All settings had the padlock locked. unlocking those seems to have sorted it out.
