I've been trying to update InDesign through the CC app for literally weeks. It will start to download the update, usually getting 50-70% complete, then fails.
We end users don't have time to trouble shoot stuff that should just work. Tell me I have an update available, give me a button to push, and make sure it works.
Any thoughts on this, or are others having a similar issue?
It's probably the CSXS update, which really isn't InDesign (the real ID update came out a few days ago), but rather the application manager. In order to help, we need to know the exact error message you get, and the actual patch being installed.
As it turns out, an uninstall/reinstall corrected the issue. I should have thought of it sooner. Actually, IMO, it should never have been an issue at all but whatever. It's in the past.
