I'm having the same issue right now, and I can't find anywhere to see how many computers I have under my current Creative Cloud account.... Anyone have any solutions for this?
I'm also having this issue but with Adobe Flash Professional CC
Also having the same issue, no solution anywhere :[
Did anyone ever get this problem solved? I'm currently having this issue.
Here is the fix I used:
(and here is the text from that link as these things inevitably get deleted by the time someone needs them)
Close CC, any Adobe applications running, then remove these folders:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps
Start an Adobe application, it should re-validate and sign you in again.
After I deleted these folders
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps
I can again launch any CC application but now in CC desktop client on the Apps tab by every application only button "Install" instead "Open".
I got info from customer service "please don't rename Caps and PCD folders as they contain installed app preferences" and then I had to reinstall all CC apps including CC desktop using cleaner tool.
I found a bit another solution - other folders to rename or deleting.
If you have problem with endless "Sign in" loop or "Validating software license" loop or if the message "Please wait for a moment" doesn't disappear after 10 minutes check following steps.
On Windows delete or rename following folders
C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
Then right-click the shortcut of CC application (e.g. Photoshop or InDesign), choose "Run as administrator" (or "More" > "Run as administrator"), enter your Adobe ID and password and clicks Sign in.
On Mac delete or rename following folders
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE (in user Library folder)
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache (in main Library folder)
Then launch any CC application and Sign in.
