Getting an activation issue fixed is most certainly still supported. Insist
on speaking to a supervisor if you can't get assistance. Nobody here can
thank you for your help - I'll try to be more persuasive the next time.
YOu may not actually have a problem. If it's been some time since the last activations, the counter may have reset automatically. You only need to call about this if there's a problem when you try to activate on a new machine.
I wish it was that simple. I had to call them yesterday and we'll see what the outcome results in. Have not received an aswer yet ...
Who did you call? There is a specific number for activation problems, it comes up in the error dialog when you try to activate, and they should solve your problem in less than 5 minutes while you wait.
You shouldn't even need to call. In the past I've had this taken care of
with an online chat.
Hi Peter and Bob,
yes iI know that this can be taken care of online or as a direct phone call - IF you not sitting in Sweden AND the company has several licensen that are linked/ordered to/with a previous employee and that person's email and it is hard to steer up - like in my case :-(
Thanks for trying anyway - I'm waiting for an email answer from them after delivering proof of that I actually do have the real ID box in my hand etc.
