I have searched the forum to see if someone had the same problem. I've only seen people getting this message with Illustrator and some plugins in Premiere.
However, I get the pop-up within After Effects, when I use the CC Cineware plugin to load a C4D scene in my comp. Every time I enter the comp or want to render it, I have to allow Cineware incoming network connections.
This is quite annoying and I would want to have after effects or OSX remember my choice!
I couldn't find a solution in other threads, so I hope someone has any ideas here!
Do you experience the same message when using Cineware? Which is an awesome addition to After Effects, by the way
That has nothing to do with AE. That's your system's firewall. If the rule doesn't stick, you don't have sufficient user privileges. Try to set another port in the "Options" for the Cineware effect. otherwise you'll have to dig into the depths of OSX' terminal window and firewall configuration.
I suspected it was an osx issue. Thanks for the suggestion Mylenium!
