Before starting a new discussion I would like to know if my topic may have been already on this forum before.
But I do not see a search function. There is a browse panel but that does not search.
There is a search form a little hidden in the right frame but it says (after clicking) that it does not work!
Do not tell me that Adobe is not able to build this feature?
And why can'nt I go inmediately to the discussion-branch of the Indesign-forum? Now I have first to click any random-item before I am able to click "discussion"?
Thanks for your help.
Type your question or keywords in the section that says "Ask a question", and search results will show up.
You can also Google this forum directly with:
[terms you want to search on] "InDesign > Discussions" site:forums.adobe.com/thread/
As for getting directly to the discussions on the ID fourm (or any other), there is a specific forum for discussing how they work, with many complaints about the lack of direct access. As a practical matter, however, it is probably simplest just to bookmark the discussion page in your browser. I check several pretty often, and rather than clutter my browser I personalized my "Your View" with HTML links, so I see them as soon as I log in.
