How do you fix video resizing problem after rendering in after effects?

i'm having difficulty with rendering a video. After effects crops/resizes my video after rendering.

My composition has several pre-composed layers that's set at 720x480, frame rate at 29.97 and pixel aspect ratio set at square pixel.

The main composition has the same settings. When I render, I check the render settings and I find the same frame rate and size. When I go to output module settings, my video output is set at RGB, Depth at millions of colors and color at premultiplied. Now given all these things, I dont understand how i can fix the cropping/resizing that happens when I render the clip. No yield sign or warning appears when I click the render button. I just find my video resized after rendering. Below are screenshots of my render settings and output module details. Can someone please help me and direct me how to fix this issue? Help would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
