Are you using Mark Of The Web? If so, that will cause links to baggage files to fail when viewing locally.
Rick, Thanks! Yes, I am using Mark of the Web. Checked a previously published/posted project with the same baggage files and they are displaying properly. Unforutnately for me, testing a project on the web is not a simple process but i am working on that.
Thanks for your help.... your answer was right on target.
You can always “roll your own” fake webserver by using the method offered by Peter Grainge (http://www.grainge.org/pages/snippets/snippets.htm#browsers) from these guys http://www.helpandmanual.com/hm2go.html
This was helpful information. We publish to a server and so all our outputs have Add Mark of the Web selected. However, I just create a duplicate SSL, deselect Add Mark of the Web, and then generate.
