      I have a client who is using Contribute MX2004. Earlier this year, she edited a page and saved it as a draft. Subsequently, her machine crashed and her IT department reinstalled CT. During the reinstall, they entered her email address incorrectly. When she tried to update the page, she was denied via an error message telling her another user (her, in actuality, but with the wrong address) had an open editing session on it. I corrected the email problem and rebooted CT, but the same message continues to reoccur. Does she need to do another reinstall, or is there a way for me to fix the problem through the regular interface?
