I am not really clear on what you are asking. Can you describe your work flow a little more? Where is the PDF from? Is it a PDF from FormsCentral or one you want to use in FormsCentral using the Import PDF feature?
It would be an import and is an OEM form (from one of our Manufacturers) with equipment data by model and coverage expiration. We would like to be able to Sort and/or Filter in excel.

Using the Import PDF feature the form submissions are collected by FormsCentral and available in a Table on the "View Response" tab that can be sorted and filtered like in Excel, and can also be exported to Excel from their.
