    MUSE & DREAMWEAVER

    rocioorozco

I discovered that muse is a great way to make a lightbox for my photo gallery.

I would like to know if there is a way to import that html file into dreamweaver with the same format since the rest of my website is already in dreamweaver.

*When I imported it the whole format was changed.

      Thanks!

As I understand it, code created in Muse can be edited only in Muse. Although Muse generates HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the code is complex. Once edited outside of Muse, it is no longer recognized by Muse.

Muse is marketed for people who want to create websites without writing a single line of code. Dreamweaver expects you to understand the code that's being generated on your behalf. Either do everything in Muse or everything in Dreamweaver.

If you post in the main Dreamweaver support forum, you'll find several people who can suggest alternative ways of creating lightbox photo galleries.
