Sluggish response performance on PrP-7.2.1, anyone experiencing this?

      Dear PrP-CC Users,

I have been using the latest updated 7.2.1 Premiere Pro CC and have noticed some irritating horizaontal timeline scrolling delays and jumps, not smooth at all. Including 2-4 second play/stop response time. Is anyone else experiencing these problems and if so are Adobe aware of it?

I have tried to reduce the amount of monitors connected to my GPU, it helped only marginally, have also collapsed all tracks, still same issue, this must be some bad coding on the update? It gets worse with the more tracks and clips are in the timeline.

Also, based on my system specs below, what optimisation should I use, Memory or Performance?

      My system specs:

      -Mac Pro Early 2008 - 2x 2.8Ghz Intel Xeon

      -32GB RAM 800Mhz

-GTX 770 4GB VRAM Windforce (4 Dell ultrasharps attached)

      -Mercury Engine CUDA enabled

      -SSD Boot Drive & Applications

-Tempo SSD Pro to work off from where media files are stored.

      Thank you.
