No one seems to be giving an answer for this one. I discussed this with support chat yesterday and they said it's a technical problem that would only last a day. Ha, Ha. I didn't believe them and I'm right. Still not fixed.
I eventually found where to get the info: https://licensing.adobe.com. The help technician couldn't even tell me that, I had to dig it up myself.
