1. Re: Adobe Content Viewer is Blank
Ivo Marks Jan 26, 2014 11:26 PM (in response to cledwards99)I believe you are experiencing the same bug as many other DPS users here, when folios need to be re-downloaded whenever you close ACV. According to staff posts, Adobe team is working on this problem and hopefully it will be fixed in the beginning of February.

3. Re: Adobe Content Viewer is Blank
Nathan Marroquin Jan 27, 2014 2:49 PM (in response to cledwards99)I would like to make sure that the issue you are seeing is indeed the same problem that Ivo references.
The issue we are aware of is related to folios that have upper-ascii characters in the magazine name. If you download such a folio, view it, return to the Library, forece close the app ("swipe up" method on iOS 7) then launch the app again the folio will ultimately need to be re-downloaded again for you to read it. Is this the problem?
Thanks,

4. Re: Adobe Content Viewer is Blank
cledwards99 Jan 27, 2014 3:53 PM (in response to Nathan Marroquin)Thanks Nate for the additional information. I always name my folios in title case so there's an upper character at the first of every letter. So are you saying that if I name all my folios in lower case that I won't have this problem (at least until the app is fixed?
