Need Help Please

I have windows 8.  I keep getting a sytax error.  It says I need to instal flash player, when I try it tells me flash player is integrated with internet explore in windows 8 and that I do not need to install.  So I uninstalled it and it keeps telling me this.  HELP me intall  FLASH PLAYER

You... can't uninstall the ActiveX Flash Player plug-in in Windows 8 or 8.1 WITHOUT first uninstalling a specific Windows Update KB Patch, and then manually removing two unique registry keys.

Additionally, thanks to those keys and that patch, you cannot install, repair or update the ActiveX plug-in from here. You have to update it or reinstall it via Windows Update.
