What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself

While rare, it sometimes DOES happen that a newer driver has problems and you MAY need to go back to an earlier version nVidia driver

I installed nVidia's newest driver and the problem persists. The problem details are the same as above.
I just uninstalled and reinstalled the program. At least it made it to the welcome screen before it stopped working:

I have had the same issue and looked around various Adobe forum threads for a resolution to the application crashing. I am running a similar Nvidia graphics card, tried running several versions of the driver. Checked startup services, and everything that other Adobe forums have suggested. Is there a fix to this crash?
