I can not take a screen shot, nor, can I keep the AE up when I save, or cancel, before quiting.
Any and all assistance would be appreciated.
Can you open AE and look at Help>About and see what exact version number you have? If you have CS6, the version number should start with 11.0 and then continue from there.
Nope, won't stay up for me to access. My version of AE came in Production Premium Package.......Purchased August of 2013.
Start by installing the After Effects CS6 (11.0.4) update:
Also, since the error message refers to a GPU-related feature, be sure that you have the most recent driver for your graphics card.
