I haven't found a way to add it as part of a style, (I'd like to know, too, if there is a way)
What you can do is use find/replace after all your text is set - find just the style in the formatting section (with nothing in the find or change fields)
In the change to part of the formatting, you can add your condition to the text.
Thanks for the reply, what I actually have is 600 cards all having a card number on a last line on its own. The last paragraph has a Paragraph Break and there's a Frame Break after the card number. I need to leave the number, but not have it print.
I currently have it setup as a Paragraph Style, 5 pt type and will change the color to white when I finalize the file.
But was hoping to use Conditional Text with the Paragraph Style and not have to run Find/Change. Since there are 1, 2 and 3 digit numbers, using the GREP Find/Change I can run 3 separate searches to include them all. I even have the Multi-Find/Change Plugin that allows me to save and run multiple Find/Changes at the same time.
Including it in a Paragraph or Character Style would just simplify it.
Hopefully someone knows more than I lets us know.
You can do just one grep serach all for 1, 2 or three digit numbers
This will find any number with at least one but no more than 3 digits.
Great, thanks, I'm just beginning to learn about GREP.
