The driver message is telling you that PrE has detected a problem with your installed video driver.
Windows is not useful for telling whether you have the latest video driver. It will invariably be at least 6 mos. out of date, just as most driver utilities will be too.
- What is your graphics display chip, or card, and please list the make and model?
- What is the number and date of your installed video driver?
- Is that the latest version of the driver, from the nVidia, or AMD/ATI Web site?
- Since you mention Windows, I assume that you have a PC. What is the Windows version, and is it 32-bit, or 64-bit?
