Are you saying your form fillers did not get their email notifications after they submitted the form? Can you point me to the instructions that you had followed?

It may be because I am enabling registrants to make payment in other forms rather than PayPal. So when they cancel out of the payment & return to our registration It keeps the registration but cancels the payment. Would this affect the registrant from not getting a notification?
Cancel the payment shouldn't affect the email receipt to the form fillers. Do you see their submissions in the form's Response table? If you could share the form with me, so I can take a look. My email is email@example.com.
