This is an already know bug. I have added a vote to it on your behalf
Unfortunately at this moment there is not workaround for this until development team fix it

The issue is getting worse. Is there any update?
ISSUE ONE = we are receiving invoices from customers that have a mix of consumer and wholesale pricing when the customer is ticked as 'wholesale'
ISSUE TWO = some wholesale customers have no tax on their orders (yet we have the destination state option on our checkout page that adds on tax) and they should be paying tax * Not charging people tax is illegal and we can be fined by the ATO! People even end up in jail for not paying tax.
ISSUE THREE =some wholesale customers have 1 item with tax on their orders and the rest without tax (also using destination state option).
- I've checked the pricing of the items and they are correct.
- I've checked the wholesale customers are marked wholesale and they are.
- I've checked the tax codes and they are correct.
- I can't understand how one item can have tax and others can't when the customer is a wholesaler so tax should get added and pricing should be wholesale.
Can you please escalate this. Doesn't BC understand this is a serious issue??

I've found something else - Destination State (aka Tax) is never forced on a pay later / quote which is why customers aren't paying tax.
I read http://helpx.adobe.com/business-catalyst/partner/tax-codes.html but it said it should have tax
Is there a way to make it forced?

I have also noticed that the product pricing for products in a cart are not changing if a wholesale customer has added products before logging in or if that customer has logged out before finalising their order. Have you found a fix? It used to work fine before January 2014.
I also have another 'known issue' waiting on a fix which might be related? The cart contents do not save if the customer clicks on 'View Cart' and then quits their browser. Both these are major issues for wholesale customers and need to be fixed asap.

No still hasn't been fixed and it's happening ALL the time!
I think it's because of a BC update that caused the error - we have the save cart contents issue too... what's worse for us is a wholesaler adds items to carts then comes back and is logged out but cart is still in wholesale (50% discount pricing) and then they get FREE shipping which we only offer to consumers. Very annoying plus it's resulted in a lot of embarrassing calls to our wholesale customers advising them our website screwed up and no they can't have free shipping..
Hopefully BC will fix soon as I can imagine we aren't the only ones dealing with this bad bug.

This has been driving me crazy. Worst still I am hoping to offer BC in the future to my wholesale customers and this is far from good showcasing BC to them with these issues. The website looks like it simply does not work for them. I am sure I am losing many orders!
I was informed that the saving cart issue was a known issue and was hoping it would be fixed with the last update.
I also have different shipping options for wholesale and retail and yes - very clumsy at present.
Please BC fix asap.

It is frustating because this was a long term issue that WAS fixed and now back again. Not sure how that could happen.

If you happen to have any contacts with the engineers can you find out if and when these 2 bugs will be fixed. My customers are so confused why something like this can't be fixed sooner. I have been putting up with these bugs since last December before the last update? I am guessing those developers using both retail & wholesale logins/pricing must be a minority but bugs like these should not go on this long!
