Adobe allows you to use your Premiere Elements 10 serial number on only 2 of your computers. If you have the purchased serial number on 2 computers and want to install on another computer, you have to deactivate one of the installations on one of the other computers. Deactivate is not the same as uninstall.

To deactivate Premiere Elements 10 from a computer, go to the opened project and Help Menu/Deactivate. You do not have to uninstall the program.

Do you have installation files or an installation disc for the installation of Premiere Elements 10 on your other computer?

Please let us know if we have targeted your question and if you are OK with the information. If not, do not hesitate to ask for clarification on anything written.

          Thank you.

             Thank you! I succeed

But  I think that it's not  easy to find that  we need to open a project to disactivate  the program.

             Sorry for my english...

Thanks for the follow up with the great news of success.

              Your English is good.

And whether it be "succes" or "success", it means that you will be moving forward in your Premiere Elements projects.

In case you ever decide to go to Premiere Elements 12, new system there to deactivate....you go to the opened project and Help Menu/Sign Out. For Premiere Elements earlier than 12 that have a deactivation opportunity, the route is as said opened project and then Help Menu/Deactivate.

              Best wishes

In your searching through support material for Premiere Elements be on guard as to the version that is being discussed or demonstrated.

There is a marked change in workspaces going from earlier versions to versions 11 and 12. And, as the versions moved on, principles essentially remained the same, but features did not always...some could be moved, some changed, some discontinued. As I always write, it is very frustrating to be armed with principles when you cannot find a feature.

                      Thank you for the reply.

The Translate here did not work and, when I took the French into Google Translate from French to English, I had a difficult time understanding the translation.

But, I can read and write a little French, so this is what I think you have asked.

You have created a Narration for your Premiere Elements 12 project, and you already have audio on Audio Track 1 and you want to adjust the sound so that your here more or less of one or the other.

If that is the case, have you worked with the Smart Mix + the Audio Mixer? From what you wrote, it sounds like that is what you are trying. Please read the following Adobe document to see if there is anything in it to help.

                      http://help.adobe.com/en_US/premiereelements/using/WS6C96BC86-7342-44a4-8D3F-936C1D66DE0B. html

Is the problem that you cannot lower the sound low enough or that the sound that you want to hear is too low or both?

If you have worked with Smart Mix + the Audio Mixer in versions 10 and 11, you should not have any problems with 12.

We will be watching for your report.

                      Thank you.
