I bought photoshop through 'creative cloud' for my photography studio. When trying to access the system photoshop appears an error message saying "Could not complete your request signing the internal file is incorrect." I'm buying the product, I need it to work. Can anyone help me or need to cancel my subscription? How can I slve it?
Messages like "signature is incorrect" imply data corruption.
I'd try clearing your cache and downloaded files and re-download from Adobe.com again.
