Ok I understand the concept you're showing me -
Why can't I just use the blog details URL address for my menu href??
http://www.pjspeech-hearing.com/port-jefferson-speech-hearing-blog
note it renders the blog title but no post content - no template works fine but on white background.
with template is problem.

I replied to you on that in your other post about why that is happening.
Those from alex are direct linking to a blog.
You make your blog, call it something like blog and set the url as /blog and assign a template.
Then when you make blog posts all the blog posts will be..
/blog/something-here-article
And the /blog will render the main overal blog layout..
