Changing an object size in a sinus wave pattern

    OneMonitorPerEye

      Hi there,

I wanted to ask if there is a way to use the transform.scale expression in a way that it changes the size of a mask in a continuous sinus wavelike pattern.

      Something like 100% scale > 150% scale > 50% sclae > 150% scale and so on.

      Best,

      T

Mask cannot be adressed with expressions, so that settles that. Otherwise this is merely a matter of some repeating keyframes either directly on the property or a time-remapped pre-comp. Of course you can use expressions on many other properties, but you'd have to be more specific about what you are actually trying to achieve. The basic Math.sin(time*frequency)*amplitude may need specific modifications depending on what property you apply the expression to.
