new to this community, needing some help if anyone can. I've started a form that I want to use for my nutrition cleints each day like a journal, but I can't figure out how to use it the way I'd like to. I'd like my clients to be able to fill out my food journal form and each day, add a new form page that connects like a journal to their previous entries. Is that even possible? If not here at Adobe, can anyone suggest a way for me to create that?
In general it is not possible in Formscentral to connect mutiple replies/forms.
Say you want to have your clients do the journal for a month. You could create a form with fields for the whole month, and you enable the Save feature. Your clients could fill in the day in question, and hit the Save link. They would then get an e-mail with a link to go back to the form and continue filling it out later... at which point they could hit the Save link again.
I haven't tried it myself that way, but it should work.
