I am unable to open InDesign. Can someone please explain what I'm doing wrong or why it won't work? I contacted "Ask an Expert," and the customer service rep, after multiple tries, could not resolve the issue and sent me here to the Forum instead. Kinda sad, but I am here nonetheless. I need help!
Dud you start by downloading the Creative Cloud Desktop App and then use it to download the CC versions of the applications themselves?
Can you please let me the error message that is coming up on launching InDesign.
Also what all Adobe apps are present on your machine.
