You get BOTH 64 and 32 bit when you have a 64 bit system, You can't change that, because Windows has BOTH 32 and 64 bit versions of Internet Explorer, which you also can't change.
And the Flash Player (32-bit) you see in the Control Panel IS NOT the Flash Player... but the Global Settings Manager, which IS a 32 bit app and as such, MUST be labeld as a 32-bit app in the Control Panel per Microsoft insistence.
188.8.131.52 is extremely out of date and unsafe. You should be running the latest version. Flash Player 184.108.40.206 for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Thank you Mike for clarifying, exactly what I was looking for as I was confused why they were both being installed. So, when I create the mms.cfg file, do I need to place it in both locations? And I know its out of date but I can't do anything about that unless the client approves the update.
I only see the mms.cfg in my SysWOW64/Macromed/Flash folder.
