    Flash Player disable notification settings

I am installing Flash Player Plugin and ActiveX 64bit on Windows 7 64 and I need to disable the Auto-Update Notifications that users are prompted with. I have created the mms.cfg file and placed in the syswow64 folder but one of our users was prompted just last week to update the application. I then noticed that there are Flash files in the system32 folder (although they are tagged as 64bit) and when I open Control Panel, the Flash Player settings icon has 32bit next to it. So, I am trying to determine what version is being installed as we only want 64bit, and also, if the files are in the System32 folder, do I also need to place the mms.cfg file in the System32 folder as well? I am running Flash 11.1.102.63.

      Thanks!
