Yes quite possibly - I am now using OS X version 10.9.
I visited the community page and found other people had also purchased through the Apple App store only to encounter the same issues..... however, there doesn't appear to be a fix?
Is this a Apple Store issue or a Adobe issue - surely someone should take responsibility?
Sorry I can't help more... I am a user like you, and I am also on Windows... if the previous maverick/mavericks discussions did not lead to a solution, I really don't know what else to suggest
