Photoshop ignoring Brush Shortcut Keys

My left and right bracket keys including my curly braces key is not growing and making my brush edge softer ? I've restarted Photoshop, even reset my computer.

Is Photoshop ignoring these keys ?

Is there a short-cut whereas you can have a pan window and zoom ? I recall this short-cut but forgot (spacebar + CTRL ?)

Hello, do look in edit-keyboard shortcuts

For the pan and zoom, you must mean holding H for a long time to get birds eye view.

I mean't a little zoom window that pops up. Holding the H for a long time doesn't come to that end result
