No, this isn't something you can configure in FormsCentral, the Notifications have to go to a specific list of users and they have to be collaborators on the form (they are invited to share the form when they are added to Notifications).
There is also the Email reciept that goes to an email address specified in the form, but that is also not what you need.

One thing you could try is to cascade your forms - use multiple forms to build more flexibility than the current skip logic allows.
At a certain branch in your form, provide the respondent with a link to a different form for them to continue, depending on their response at the form branch.
The downside of this method is that it splits your data set across multiple response tables, and you would have to ask the respondent at least one duplicate question on the new form to have a key to match on, but it might be one way to tackle the issue.

Thanks for the option. In our case we have 11 banking subsidiaries so for the sake of efficiency and ease of use on the backend and in marketing materials, we’d like to keep all data confined to one form as much as possible.
