I am trying to install the Flash Player on my computer. When I attempt the install, I get 51% complete. Then the program tells me to "Please close the following programs to continue." It lists (● toolbar). To the best of my knowledge, I do not have anything open. What am I doing wrong? What do I  need to do to complere the install?
