    Any download stuck at 0% on Creative Cloud on Windows 8


      I am currently unable to download any of the Apps proposed by CC. My OS is Windows 8.1.

      CC seems to run fine. I can see in the settings that my account is linked to it, and I have confirmed my email address too.

      However, whenever I click Install opposite the application I want to try, a progress bar comes up, but indefinitely stays at 0%.

      I have tried with or without firewall, but no option will do.


      I found this subject has come up at least once, but no useful answer applied to me or was given, hence this new post.
